Heading Out With Customer Ann

We recently arranged for Care Assistant Otilija to take her customer out for a trip around the shopping centre in Tunbridge Wells and they had a very enjoyable time!

Because of their health conditions, spending time away from the home can be a challenge for some of our customers and this makes our customer outing initiative very important.

Ann is one of our live-in care customers and she finds it difficult to get out and about because she does not like using public transport.

We know that this is something Ann finds challenging, so wanted to support her to be able to get out and about and therefore arranged for Care Supervisor Debbie to collect Ann and her Live-in Care Assistant Otilija so they could avoid this.

Debbie dropped the pair off in central Tunbridge Wells, where they had a lovely time in the shopping centre, strolled around the shops and much discussion!
