Our little things that #MakeADifference campaign seeks to recognise the simple things our staff do and share the valuable difference that they make to the lives of our customers.
We know that it is often the simple, little things that make the biggest difference in the care that our customers receive.
These are things that can easily be overlooked as they 'just happen' and come out of the passion our team have for the care they provide.
Our little things that #MakeADifference campaign seeks to recognise these simple things and share the valuable difference that they make to the lives of our customers.
We are pleased to share with you a short testimonial from customer Ronald, who started his care service in April 2017 and has a passion for fishing as is shown in the photo below, which demonstrates one of his best catches!

Amongst other things, they support with drops for my eyes and putting on cream which is essential. They also assist me with things like helping get my coat on and off where possible.
My regular Care Assistant is Carole and she truly is an angel! She is the only person I really trust to wash my hair as she does it so well. I have to use special shampoo and she applies it in precisely the right way. She is so kind, caring and gentle!
It is the simple things that make a difference and the way that Carole approaches the support she provides is so kind and caring that it really puts me at ease."
