We have a culture of going above and beyond for our customers and there are many simple things that our team do every day which make a big difference. We are launching our #MakeADifference campaign to share with you some of the simple things that our team do which make a difference to our customers every day.
Working in healthcare is extremely rewarding and something that our staff have when supporting their customers is passion and dedication.We have a culture of going above and beyond for our customers and there are many simple things that our team do every day which make a big difference.
We are launching our #MakeADifference campaign to share with you some of the simple things that our team do which make a difference to our customers every day.
As part of this campaign, we will be spending some time with customers to listen to them and share their feedback with you here.
The first person we met with was 84 year old customer Marion, who shared how her regular Care Assistant Jackie makes such a difference. We would like to thank Marion for her comments!
I was born in Liverpool, my family moved to Blackpool and then Maidstone when my dad got a promotion at the Post Office.
I have lived in this house for over 40 years and used to work as a Secretary for Kent County Council, where I worked for a country surveyor.
I also love my garden and particularly the vegetable patch, however recently had a fall and fractured my hip which makes everything quite difficult.
Jackie visits me every day and I really couldn't manage without her. She is such a friendly person and very helpful. As well as helping me with my morning routine, cleaning, shopping and exercises, Jackie will always make time to sit and chat.
She is never in a rush and I look forward to her visits each day. Jackie and I always have a good catch up and I would like to thank her for the support she gives!
