Claudia Treats Customer Eileen To Fish & Chips!

At Bluebird Care we have recently introduced a budget for our Care Assistants to treat their customers to something of their choice to provide a lovely treat. Care Assistant Claudia chose to treat her customer Eileen to her absolute favourite lunch of fish and chips!
At Bluebird Care we have recently introduced a budget for our Care Assistants to treat their customers to something of their choice to provide a lovely treat. Care Assistant Claudia chose to treat her customer Eileen to her absolute favourite lunch of fish and chips!Claudia joined Eileen for the lunch and explained that they both enjoyed it so much. Claudia mentioned that when she told Eileen they would be having a lunch together of fish and chips that she was so excited that she even put up make up and set up the dining table for them.
Getting to spend time together outside of the daily routine of care helps our customers to form a good relationship with our Care Assistants and benefits both of them.
