As a Care Assistant, Sid supports our customers in the community and is regularly receiving positive feedback because of his happy smiling personality.

Being a Care Assistant requires using many different skills all at once. During the probationary period, he got to shadow a Senior Care Assistant and had the opportunity to begin working in a supervised environment before beginning to work independently with our customers.

Juggling the busy work of being a Care Assistant while maintaining a positive, cheerful spirit is something we love to see in all our staff. Sid has exemplified a vibrant attitude to work which has been noted by so many of our customers on a consistent basis.

Sid celebrated his passing with a hot chocolate, mince pie and a huge smile. Well deserved after all of his hard work!
