At Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells we strive to deliver an excellent quality of service to our customers and are delighted to announce that Jennifer has been recognised as Care Assistant of the month for December! Jennifer really is a shining star and makes a tremendous difference not only directly to her customers, but indirectly to many others through the support she provides her colleagues when they join the team.

In particular, we would like to thank Jennifer for how she supports her colleagues in using our PASS app; where electronic customer records and care schedules are managed.
She is also proactive in reporting any concerns about her customers in order that we can amend care support to ensure it remains the most appropriate it can be.
