Care Coordinator Paige Celebrates Her Third Work Anniversary!

At Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells, there are many other jobs, other than being a care assistant, that are just as vital in the smooth running of the care home. Care Coordinator Paige is a perfect example of this. Celebrating her third year work anniversary with us, Paige is in charge of the more operational side of the business, undertaking various organisational tasks such as looking after all the rotas for all the Care Assistant’s at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells.

Paige’s organisational skills stem from her previous experience working in a family friendly pub, local to her. Although she loved the social side and talking to a variety of different people, she realised that the career wasn’t quite right for her.
Therefore, she joined Bluebird Care’s Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells, with the admirable ambition of making more of a difference to people’s lives. Following her start, Paige was quickly promoted to the position of Care Coordinator.
