Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Sid has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for October! Sid received the award as recognition for his approach to the role of Care Assistant and how he continually goes the extra mile in supporting his customers.

One example of this is how Sid recently offered to step in and help out a customer during his break when a customer was needing to be collected from their club and taken home.
Sid also often receives compliments and excellent feedback from his customers and we know that this is a reflection of the quality of care he delivers!
