Finalist In The Great British Care Awards!

It's award season here at Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford and we are incredibly proud of Live-in Care Assistant Bozenna, who has been nominated as a finalist in the Great British Care Awards! Bozenna has been nominated as Home Care Worker Of The Year for the South East of England and is one of only eight finalists for the category!
It's award season here at Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford and we are incredibly proud of Live-in Care Assistant Bozenna, who has been nominated as a finalist in the Great British Care Awards!The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England and a celebration of excellence across the care sector.
Bozenna has been nominated as Home Care Worker Of The Year for the South East of England and is one of only eight finalists for the category!
Bozenna was the first Live in Care Assistant for her customer and helped her immensely. Her customer was a completely different person after Bozenna had supported her for three months, improving in many ways.
In addition to this, Bozenna helped the customer to arrange all of her appointments as she had found it difficult to do so before. This is just one example of how Bozenna took her initiative to so the extra mile!
We recently took a trip down to Brighton Racecourse, where the final round of judging was held and will find out the winners at the Gala Dinner on 3rd November.
Bozenna explained:
I am so happy to have had this opportunity to be a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care! I absolutely love my job and not only that, but my customers as well.
To see a smile on their face is so lovely. It is the reason I get up in the morning and what helps me sleep well at night!
I am so happy that I was nominated for this award and cannot believe that I am a finalist. What a privilege as I tend to just do what I do because I love it and to be recognised in this way is wonderful!
