Well Done To Inga!

We would like to say a very big well done to Care Supervisor Inga, who has recently completed her management level 3 qualification! The qualification took just under 12 months and consisted of a number of modules that covered every aspect of the role of management.
We would like to say a very big well done to Care Supervisor Inga, who has recently completed her management level 3 qualification!The qualification took just under 12 months and consisted of a number of modules that covered every aspect of the role of management.
These modules included work based assignments, essays and one test which Inga worked hard to complete. With support from her colleagues, Inga sailed through the qualification and passed.
Inga explained:
The course has been very beneficial to me as it has given me tips and tools that have helped me find solutions to any issues that I face quickly.
I have never studied at this level before and initially it was a bit daunting, however as I got into the rhythm and had the support from my colleagues along with the tutor this made a big difference.
I now look at my role from a completely different perspective and enjoy it even more!

Training is extremely important for our staff as it underpins everything that they do. The quality of care that we deliver is only achieved through the training our team have received at all levels.
