As part of our commitment to providing a premium service to our customers, every two months we arrange for a regular Care Assistant to take one of their customers out for lunch. Recently, Care Assistant Veronica took out one of her customers for what was a really lovely meal! Veronica picked up customer Rod and headed down to the local inn at Speldhurst.

Rod tucked into a delightful fish and chip lunch, whilst Veronica enjoyed a scrumptious meal of her own.
Care Manager Zoe explained:
Our customer outings create the opportunity for those who are do not spend much time away from the home to do something special with a familiar face.
Our customers really look forward to their outings and always have a great time simply enjoying the environment and chatting away.
As well as being very beneficial to the customer, our outings are a treat for the Care Assistant who joins them and I know that Veronica also had a lovely time!
