Our customer outings are another demonstration of our commitment to providing a premium service and recently Care Assistant Gundami took customer Ken out for lunch to a place of his choosing.
Our customer outings are another demonstration of our commitment to providing a premium service and recently Care Assistant Gundami took customer Ken out for lunch to a place of his choosing.Ken, who worked for years as a tailor, lives in Dartford and is a big rugby fan. He has been supported by Bluebird Care for just over three years and the support he receives enables him to remain at home for longer.
Gundami collected Ken from his house and headed to the local harvester, where he enjoyed a slap up stew and cheeky half pint whilst Gundami tucked into a delicious salmon pasta.
Gundami explained:
I would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to have a lovely dinner out with my regular customer (Ken). We really enjoyed our meal .
In fact I never had a dinner out in pub, that was my first experience having dinner out with customer.
Thank you is not enough the way how you and all Bluebird Care teams are helping me. Really appreciated for what you done for me. Once again thank you.

I am really proud that we have a programme of events out of a desire to go the extra mile for our customers. Ken had a lovely time as did Gundami!
