We recently celebrated with Care Supervisor Inga, who has marked her sixth year with Bluebird Care. Inga was promoted to the position of Care Supervisor accross three offices in 2016 where she focuses her time on getting alongside our staff in the community to provide ongoing support to help them provide a premium service to our customers
We recently celebrated with Care Supervisor Inga, who has marked her sixth year with Bluebird Care.After training and working as a nurse in Latvia, Inga joined our team in Maidstone as a Care Assistant where she worked with our customers in the community.
Inga was promoted to the position of Care Supervisor accross three offices in 2016 where she focuses her time on getting alongside our staff in the community to provide ongoing support to help them provide a premium service to our customers.
Inga is incredibly hard working and loves her role with Bluebird Care.
Inga commented:
After training and working as a nurse in Latvia, I chose to move to the UK to start a career in care. Although I was a qualified nurse, my accreditation did not apply to the UK so I joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant.
I got such enjoyment out of visiting our customers every day and seeing a smile on their face that I chose to continue in the role of Care Assistant prior to applying for the role of Care Supervisor.
I enjoy the time that I now spend with our staff in the community. Although I am not directly providing care to our customers, I know that I am making a difference through my supportive role.
