We know it is important to recognise the achievements of our staff and celebrate with them throughout their employment. We are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Supervisor Debbie who has now been with us for over three years!
We know it is important to recognise the achievements of our staff and celebrate with them throughout their employment. We are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Supervisor Debbie who has now been with us for over three years!Debbie used to run a hairdressing shop and made the decision to work in healthcare to give something back after caring for her son who had muscular dystrophy.
Debbie first joined us as a Care Assistant and progressed onto the position of Care Supervisor to progress her career. Debbie loves her job and is extremely passionate about providing a premium service to our customers (she is also our resident office team hairdresser!).
Debbie commented:
Thank you so much for the lovely flowers and card. I am really pleased to be part of the Bluebird Care team and very much enjoy working with my colleagues in the office and community alike.
I get such a sense of fulfillment out of my role with the best part being when I visit a customer and can see the difference that has been made through the care support we provide.
