We are pleased to have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Donna who has completed her probation and Care Certificate. Training is incredibly important for us and throughout their probation, our staff receive support and training that helps them to deliver a premium service to our customers.

Donna commented:
Before working in care, I looked after horses at a stables and fancied a change. Bluebird Care stood out but I must confess, I cannot quite remember why now!
It was lovely to do something afresh however and I love what I am doing. I really do enjoy it!
It was not only great to do something afresh, but I am really pleased that I chose to work in care as it gives me the chance to see so many lovely people every day.
