We are delighted to announce that following a rigorous judging process, we were awarded Gold at this year’s bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards.
We are delighted to announce that following a rigorous judging process, we were awarded Gold at this year’s bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards.The awards, held at the International Conference Centre in Birmingham, played host to 32 finalists across 11 categories.
To win the Franchisor of the Year award, Fiona Williams, director of operations for Bluebird Care, demonstrated to a panel of judges the company’s excellent support to employees, strong company culture, leadership in innovation and commitment to franchising ethics.
In the last year, we have developed new technologies within the care sector and created a number of new initiatives, raised awareness of industry related issues and ensure that our franchisees and their care teams are recognised for their dedication, hard work and commitment through our Franchise of the Year Awards and Bluebird Care Awards respectively.

Victoria Webber, franchisee for Bluebird Care Lincoln, earned a well-deserved place as a finalist at the awards ceremony after progressing through a highly competitive Young Franchisee of the Year category.
