Care Assistant Survey Results Are In!

We value the excellent work of our community team who do a fantastic job in supporting our customers and carry out bi-annual surveys to give them an opportunity to share their views of how we are doing. We are pleased to announce that our latest Care Assistant survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role with Bluebird Care and work with an office team who are polite and respectful.

In addition, over 90% of respondents indicated that they would reccomend us as an employer to their friend with 100% recieving all the support they need to carry out their roles.

Supporting our staff by making sure that their work fits around their lives, training is available and a friendly voice is always on the end of the phone makes a big difference as we work very closely as a team to provide our customers with an excellent standard of care
