Customer Survey Results Are In!

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be. Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are complimentary of the care they receive and quality of tasks our Care Assistants carry out.

Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are complimentary of the care they receive and quality of tasks our Care Assistants carry out.

In particular, over 98% of respondents indicated that they are satisfied with the care they receive and 100% treated with respect and politeness. In addition, over 96% of respondents indicated that staff act in a professional manner.

The care we provide helps our customers to remain at home in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible and this is very rewarding to us as a team. 

In particular, we work hard to build a great rapport and relationship with our customers and seeing this in the results of the most recent survey is encouraging.
