Celebrating Regine: Royal Tunbridge Wells Carer of the Month

This month, we are thrilled to announce that Regine, one of our amazing carers in the Royal Tunbridge Wells team, has been awarded Carer of the Month!

Regine has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion, and professionalism in her role. Her natural ability to connect with customers and provide personalised care has been widely recognised by her colleagues and the families she supports.

Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering a listening ear, or brightening someone’s day with her kind smile, Regine embodies the values of Bluebird Care. She is known for her reliability and willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.

Regine’s nomination came from her peers and the management team, who were unanimous in their praise for her. One colleague remarked:
