When rehabilitation support was coming to an end
Michael's aunt lives in the Tonbridge area and needed additional help after returning home from hospital.
Initially, she had temporary support through a Kent rehabilitation package. However, with this approaching its end, Michael and his family needed to understand what ongoing support she would require and arrange care within a relatively short period.

After the family contacted Bluebird Care, a member of the local team visited Michael's aunt the following day.
Michael described the process as thorough, with time taken to understand her circumstances and agree the support she needed.
Once her needs had been discussed and the arrangements completed, her new care package was put in place just two days later.
This meant Michael's aunt could transition from temporary rehabilitation support to ongoing care at home without the family having to navigate a long gap in support.
