Almost 14 Years of Support to Stay Independent at Home: Abby's Story
For almost 14 years, Bluebird Care has been part of Abby's daily routine, helping her maintain her independence at home. Regular support has also meant her family can spend time with her as family, rather than having to take responsibility for her everyday care.

When everyday tasks became difficult
Living with a spinal injury caused by Transverse Myelitis meant everyday tasks such as getting up, getting dressed and managing personal care became difficult for Abby without support.
Before receiving care, she relied heavily on her family to help with these parts of everyday life. Although her family were always there for her, Abby worried about how much they were having to do.
Having professional support meant those responsibilities no longer had to fall entirely on the people closest to her.
