We at Bluebird Care Thurrock & Castle Point highly value our staff
and feel that they deserve a fair day’s pay for the hard work that they put in.

Families are experiencing rising pressure from higher living costs and by providing the National Living Wage it enables our staff to support their families, pay the bills and save some extra cash as well!”
