We are excited to announce that Bluebird Care NEW Devon (our Exeter, Exmouth, East Devon and Teignbridge hubs) are fundraising as a team for Trek 26 South Devon Coast, a challenging 26-mile trek across our beautiful coast. This amazing event happens on the 9 September, and we are thrilled to be a part of it!
This challenge is not only a physical feat but also a chance to help raise vital funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society and we need your help to make it happen.
Dementia is a devastating disease that affects millions of people worldwide. The impact of this disease is far-reaching, affecting not only those living with dementia but also their families and loved ones. The Alzheimer's Society is at the forefront of the fight against dementia, providing support and care for those living with the disease, as well as funding vital research to find a cure.
Alzheimer's and dementia affect around 60 percent of the people that use Bluebird Care's services not to mention their family members, so it is a charity that is very close to our hearts.
