Consistent, friendly and practical care has been provided for my Mum 5 days a week. Mum is guaranteed one of three carers, which provides continuity for her and she feels she has her own 'care team'. The arrangement has been well-organised by Bluebird.

My dad seems really happy with the care he is receiving. I have met a couple of carers and they both seem lovely and my dad seems very happy with them. My dad seems a lot more settled since the carers have been going.

Bluebird Care was very accommodating. They arranged an assessment and care cover really quickly, so there was no gap in provision following the end of the NHS cover. All the carers and managers were friendly, approachable, communicative, and supportive. They greatly helped my Mother in Law and she enjoyed their company. We don't know what we would have done without them.
