Further to our conversation, we had a meeting with the family of LH.

The family said the care and support they received from Bluebird Care was excellent. The staff were very professional and never rushed. Also, if a member of staff was off they said the ‘owner’ would come out to see them personally and deliver any necessary care. The staff helped to make a very distressing time much easier and the family were very grateful. They are aware that we are passing on their kind words.

Thank you for all the help that you gave to Pat over 14 weeks – and to me! Pat is now going up and down the stairs, sleeping upstairs and using the shower.
