Meet our team of care professionals

Deborah Lahert
Director & Registered Manager

Bluebird Care Tamworth & Lichfield is led by Deborah Lahert.

In 2007, after having spent most of her career in customer service Deborah decided to be a part of the fulfilling care sector as she was passionate about supporting the care needs of the elderly.

Deborah was searching for a more rewarding role that she could demonstrate her passion and commitment to each and every day and that is exactly what she gets in her role as Registered Care Manager.

Deborah feels blessed that she is able to be a part of a family at Bluebird Care that has the same values, vision and aspirations that match her own.

Furthermore, Deborah admires the founders of Bluebird care, who are an ‘ordinary couple’, dedicated to providing respect and dignity to the vulnerable people in our community, something Deborah can relate to. Deborah believes that these are the perfect foundations for care providers.

Sally Buller
Administration Assistant

Sally Buller, our office administration assistant started with Bluebird Care in January 2023.

Sally previously worked in the NHS since 1985, retiring in 2022. Sally qualified as a registered nurse in 1988 and then trained to be a registered midwife, qualifying in 1991. Before Sally retired from the NHS, she was a senior specialist midwife and project lead, responsible for coordinating projects/delivering training in UK NHS maternity units and also in maternity hospitals outside of the UK.

Sally feels very fortunate to be joining the great team here at Bluebird Care. Sally feels she will be able to offer support to both carers and customers and their family members, on a day-to-day basis, by taking calls, being in the office to meet staff and answer any queries.
