Bluebird Care Swindon launch community grant

Bluebird Care Swindon are passionate about supporting community projects that make a positive difference in people's lives and for this reason, have launched a Community Grant Scheme.

​Bluebird Care Swindon are passionate about supporting community projects that make a positive difference in people's lives and for this reason, have launched a Community Grant Scheme.

In order to be eligible for a grant organisations must meet the following criteria:

• The organisation and/or its beneficiaries must be based in Swindon
• The applicant must run or coordinate a project/initiative that aims to specifically benefit those aged 65 and over.

Applications are more likely to succeed if they aim to support people, training skills and activities. We are particularly interested in projects working in the field of dementia and mental health. With the applicant’s permission we would like to be able to use reports about their project in any future publicity linked with Bluebird Care Swindon.

Closing date for applications will be Friday December 16.
A final decision on the successful project will be made by Friday 13^th January 2017
