Masen Naidoo

Managing Director

Bluebird Care Swindon is led by Masen Naidoo. Delivering the highest quality of home care and support is Masen's absolute goal and he is a firm advocate of putting the customer first. Bluebird Care recognises that customers have a choice in their care provider and is passionate about making Bluebird Care Swindon the districts provider of choice in home care. Masen also leads Bluebird Care Mendip and Ferndown so comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge. 

Katrina Simms

Company Director and Registered Care Manager

Katrina is our CQC registered care manager and she joined the team in 2014 with 12 years’ experience in the care sector.

Katrina is responsible for the interest and well-being of all our customers and staff in addition to the efficient day to day running of the operation.

Katrina has a particular interest in learning difficulties. Her knowledge and compassion in providing a safe and happy environment are paramount in the setting up of the care plans.

Katrina holds an NVQ4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services.

She also completes local training courses in health and social care every year to ensure her knowledge and skills are kept up to date.

Jen Stone

Deputy Manager

Jen joined Bluebird Care Swindon shortly after we started trading in September 2011 as a carer working around child care for her daughter.

It soon became obvious that Jen had potential within the business using her IT skills and is currently our PASS System champion having implemented it from inception. The PASS system allows for electronic care plans and medicines records which can now be updated in real time to ensure that our customers receive the best care possible.

Jen also covers most of the ‘out of hours’ phone calls to ensure that our carers and customer have the support whenever they need it

In Jen's own words “I love my job. It is rewarding and certainly keeps me busy!! I don’t plan on leaving any time soon”

Just to add to the pressure Jen is doing her level 5 Diploma in Care

Natalie Campbell

Finance Manager

Natalie joined Bluebird Swindon in 2015 as our Office Manager and then became Finance Manager in 2020 looking after 3 different Bluebird branches.

Natalie has worked within the care industry for over a 10 years, she is an experienced carer and still attends care calls when required, she has also been a Care Co-ordinator, so she understands the pressure that this position can bring and can step into the role at any given time.

Natalie is responsible for the smooth running of all the administration within the office – if you need any information or have any questions regarding care, administration or finance then Natalie will normally know the answer!


Hazel Cattell


Hazel joined us in 2019 having previously worked within the NHS for 8 years as an Admin Supervisor. Her experience within the health service gave her a great deal of knowledge, enabling her to transition into her new role as Care-Coordinator seamlessly. She has built excellent relationships with both carers and customers. Her calm and professional manner brings a calmness to the entire office team.
In her spare time Hazel enjoys taking her dog Rosie and finding new areas to explore.

Steve Kilby


Steve joined Bluebird Care Swindon in the September before we started trading as a Care assistant before stepping up as a Supervisor

Steve’s strength lies in building up relationships with both customer and carers and has proven to be an invaluable member of our field support team.

Steve is also an accomplished artist in his spare time and when he can find a quiet time in his ‘man-cave’
