Hot Weather Hydration
Temperatures are set to soar this week, making it even hotter than recent weeks. Please be vigilant and keep an eye on the elderly and vulnerable. It is so easy to dehydrate in the hot weather. Leave plenty of fluids, and ensure they are getting hydrated. It doesn't have to be water, it can be an ice lolly or some squash.
Hydrant bottles are a convenient way to have a drink on hand, especially if you are not very mobile and steady.
