Dear Bluebird Team,

I'm getting in touch to say a big thank you for looking after our Mum.

I contacted you last year when my sister and I were finding it increasingly difficult to care for Mum at home. So, after some discussion and advice from the team at Bluebird, Mum started having 4 morning visits a week. Your team have proved absolutely invaluable since then.

Last week - Mum had a sudden decline in being able to care for herself. My sister and I are both unable to visit at the moment, so Bluebird Care really have been a life-saver!

My sister (who lives close by) is your main contact for Mum, she say's your team were so helpful last week when she was having a crisis with looking after mum, who had an infection. You even contacted the doctor.  Together with the Bluebird team my Sister has arranged 3 x daily visits. What would we have done without you!

The carers, are brilliant at checking mum's ok and responding to any problems we might have with her on a day by day basis.

So again, huge thanks for being there. Hoping you and the team are keeping safe.
