Haywards Heath based business has been named the Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017 by one of Britain’s biggest providers of home care services in the UK, Bluebird Care.
At Bluebird Care’s 11th Annual Conference, the Bluebird Care Sussex Weald franchise, whose office is in Haywards Heath was named Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017.
From over 35 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated along with two others, and owners Paul & Kate Barry, was delighted to hear that they’d won the regional title. Paul & Kate accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Sussex Weald team at September’s Annual Conference.
The award was presented as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff.
In qualifying for the award, Bluebird Care Sussex Weald was submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 3 key areas; business development, quality audits and finance. From staff retention to regulatory compliance, and adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board. In winning Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017 for their region, Bluebird Care Sussex Weald showed a capability that exceeded all others.
