Bluebird Care Sunderland was named as one of the North East England’s top 20 home care providers by leading home care review site, homecare.co.uk.
Bluebird Care Sunderland was named as one of the North East England’s top 20 home care providers by leading home care review site, homecare.co.uk.
The award is based on reviews from Bluebird Care Sunderland’s customers and their loved ones. Reviews from home care providers across North East England were analysed by homecare.co.uk, before a top 20 list was drawn up.
Reviews praised the overall standard of professional care and support provided from the first contact. Customers and their family commented on the professional, reliable, trustworthy and flexible service being provided and that the company goes out of their way to ensure continuity of care.
Customer and family comments to name a few, stated that “they are ladies I would like to know as friends outside of their work”, “we would be lost without them” and “what more could I want”.
There are 257 home care providers in North East England. The home care providers were rated on: Overall Standard, Staff, Care/Support, Management, Treated with Dignity and Value for Money.
