REMAP Gloucestershire

REMAP Gloucestershire is a voluntary organisation which provides unique solutions for disabled people in the county.  They have around 16 engineers and craftsmen, who donate their time free of charge to provide a better quality of life and/or greater independence, by designing and building bespoke equipment to overcome the difficulties posed by, often severe, disabilities.

Up, Up and Away

Wheelchair using customer Lynne Pickthall enjoyed a fantastic experience flying over our glorious Gloucestershire countryside, courtesy of Ballooning Access, a Stroud company which offers flights for a wheelchair user and one invited guest. August Carer of the Month

The August Carer of the Month is Maria Jefferies.  Maria is a live-in carer.  She is a popular choice with staff and customers in both offices.  Examples of customer compliments include:Maria is a good cook I like the meals she prepares - lovely traditional food always uses fresh ingredients and cooks from scratch.
