The Stroud office team wanted to do something extra special for the carers this Christmas, to thank them for their hard work throughout the year.

he team decided to cook a three course Christmas dinner, and extended the invitation to all of the carers from Bluebird Care North Gloucestershire. We hired King's Stanley Village Hall, and decorated the upstairs room ready for the carers to arrive. Gareth was in charge of the meats, stuffing, and gravy, Vicky made the roast potatoes, Tracy and Hannah the vegetables, including Tracy's signature red cabbage dish, and Sophie the  pigs-in-blankets and puddings! Gillian also kindly made some delicious soup for starters. The Carers arrived and enjoyed their three course feast, there was lots of laughs, and a really great team spirit. Everyone had a wonderful time; the whole team really enjoyed themselves! The most important thing was having everyone together, and letting our carers know how valued they are.

Some compliments from the party was:

Thank you, the food was lush!
Lunch was absolutely lovely! Thank you.

We're so thankful for each and every member of our team.
