Training Award from In-Training

Recognition of our support for our staff in achieving their training goals

We are very proud to have been given an award by Intraining to celebrate National Apprentice Week.  Their assessor, Wendy, said:
 
"They are such a supportive company, and I don’t mean just for me as an assessor, but for the staff as well. All staff are encouraged to complete their HSC diploma as soon as they have completed their probationary period.
 
From an assessor perspective, they do their utmost to ensure that the learners attend their meetings with me. Customer needs must always come first, and sometimes staff are needed to cover for sickness, emergencies etc. Bluebird always let me know when there is a problem, and we re-arrange appointments to ensure the staff receive the support they need to complete their diploma.
 
The office is a very friendly place to visit, I’m always made to feel very welcome, (The endless coffee is very much appreciated!), and any issues are dealt with as they arise. The supervisors offer help and support to all throughout their diploma, and once one is completed, the staff member is encouraged to look at ‘what’s next?’
