Congratulations to Suzanne Massey who is now celebrating her 2-year anniversary with Bluebird Care!
Suzanne Massey is now celebrating her 2-year anniversary with Bluebird Care!
During this time, she has developed significantly, taking on new responsibilities and challenges including:
- The role of support supervisor, supporting the office team to expand the business into new areas
- Covering on-call duties
- Helping with customer assessments and reviews
- Mentoring and supporting carers.
Suzanne is calm in a crisis, and has a positive, can-do attitude. She also adapts well to change. Suzanne is working hard towards her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which should be signed off before Christmas.
