Meet the Team Profiles

Our Team Behind Stratford & Warwick

Meet the carers and support staff who provide home care and live-in care across Stratford and Warwick. Each biography highlights their role, experience, and responsibilities, showing how quality care is delivered and coordinated locally.

Jack & Sophie Meet the Team

Jack & Sophie Whitfield - Directors

We were drawn into the care industry after seeing first-hand the wide variation in care quality. At the same time, we each had a grandfather receiving care. One experience was exceptional, while the other fell far short. It highlighted how much difference high-quality care makes, and how few providers truly deliver it. Now, with over 11 years’ experience providing Outstanding home care, as rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our guiding principle is simple. We deliver the care we would want for our own family. Our team is an extension of our customers’ families, and there is no better feeling than hearing the difference our care makes. Outside of work, we are kept busy with our three children. This leaves Jack with less time for fishing and cricket, though our eldest is now old enough to join him.
