Waggy tails and purring pals in Stratford & Warwick
Meet our waggy tails and purring pals
In Stratford & Warwick, pets are family, and they often join in the fun, especially for the elderly. From office dogs to visiting pets, each one has their quirks, favourite treats and little ways of making everyone smile, wag or purr.
Our carers and customers enjoy sharing these moments, and we have captured some of the best, the playful, the cheeky and the downright adorable. Here is a glimpse into some of the much-loved pets who bring joy, companionship and plenty of personality to everyday life in Stratford & Warwick.
Big Bun: Visitor extraordinaire

Erica Bloom’s pet, Big Bun, joined in the fun too. And there is more to come, with new furry friends visiting over the next few weeks and bringing even more smiles along the way.
Bubbles: Guide dog legend

Mrs C’s retired guide dog, Bubbles, has birthed 41 puppies that have gone on to become guide dogs. While Mrs C recovered from illness last year, our live-in carers stepped in to help with Bubbles’ walks and daily care, making sure she could remain at home with Mrs C, where she belongs.
Elsie: Doggy day care delight

Mrs R’s “granddog” Elsie visits most days for doggy day care. Carers Lucy Turnbull and Leanne Hallam make sure she receives plenty of fuss and attention while keeping her water topped up.
Chilli: Office explorer

Chilli is a female Regal Jumping Spider who belongs to our supervisor Kay’s daughter, Kimmy. A keen nature enthusiast with two spiders of her own, Kimmy was delighted that Chilli could visit the office. Chilli enjoys mealworms for lunch and even arrived with her own packed meal for the day.
Katie Cat: Secret stash connoisseur

Mr H’s house cat, Katie, is shy but will appear for her strategically placed Dreamies. Our carers help make sure she is looked after, with clean bowls, fresh water and the occasional sneaky treat.
Hulk: Violator of personal space

Hulk, the camera-shy Leanne Clarke’s dog, earned his name for his (un) impressive size and his love of everyone, whether they like it or not. His honorary title quickly became "violator of personal space."
Tubs: Sun Powered Sniff Engineer

Tubs belongs to Jenny Masters, our Home Care Professional and mentor of 15 years. A rescue dog, he loves sunny spots and sniff-testing everything. We even gave him the honorary title “Sun Powered Sniff Engineer.”
Puzzle: Sausage dog antics

Carer Sam Roberts’ sausage dog, Puzzle, kept everyone on their toes, sneaking a crumb or two while stealing hearts.
Sophie: Pancake day guest

Mr L’s collie cross springer spaniel, Sophie, also popped by, wagging her tail and enjoying the treats.
Roxy: Chief taste tester

Our Lead Senior and Coordinator’s Labrador puppy, Roxy, could not resist joining in, proving she is the ultimate pancake day taste tester.
Every home feels warmer with a wag, a purr, or a little mischief.”
