Bluebird Care Stockport's care worker assists customer during emergency

In Dec 2012, Mrs B, a customer of ours who suffers from MS had a heart attack at the time when our Care Worker, Frances was visiting her.

In Dec 2012, Mrs B, a customer of ours who suffers from MS had a heart attack at the time when our Care Worker, Frances was visiting her. Frances immediately followed company protocol as per her Bluebird Care training, emergency services arrived and Frances stayed with Mrs B all the way to the Hospital.

It is very scary at times like this and we Bluebird Care do our upmost best to ensure the safety of all our customers by ensuring all our staff are fully trained and aware how to handle emergency situations such as these, We are happy hear that Mrs B is currently back home and she continues to receive care from us.

Frances has been awarded carer of the month for Dec 2012.

Charlotte & Daisy have been awarded Carers of the Month for Jan 2013.
