Tahir Nazir - Managing Director
I’m Tahir, and I wear a few different hats here at Bluebird Care – but they all share the same heart. As Managing Director, Nominated Individual with the CQC, and Training & Quality Manager, my role is built on one core belief: great care starts with great people, great training, and genuine compassion. With over 20 years of experience as a consultant pharmacist, I’ve learned that listening carefully and communicating clearly are just as important as clinical knowledge. I truly love connecting with our customers – understanding what matters to them – and playing a part in delivering care that helps them feel safe, respected, and able to enjoy being at home. I joined Bluebird Care in 2023, and from day one, I’ve been actively involved in shaping how we train our team and assure the quality of everything we do. We are deeply motivated to deliver outstanding care, and we work tirelessly to maintain warm, open, and honest communication every step of the way. For me, this isn’t just about meeting standards – it’s about making every customer feel valued, understood, and at home. That’s the Bluebird way, and I’m proud to lead with passion, purpose, and care.

Loren Bailey - Finance Manager and Care Coordinator
I’m delighted to share a little about my journey with Bluebird Care Stockport, which began in 2023. Since joining the team, I’ve taken on a variety of responsibilities within both the Financial and HR areas, where I support with everything from invoicing and payroll to staff training. Alongside these duties, I also play a key role in scheduling, ensuring our customers and carers are well-supported and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. One of my favourite aspects of working at Bluebird Care is how much I’ve grown personally and professionally within such a dynamic, ever-adapting sector. The care industry, with its unique sense of community and shared values, has given me the opportunity to collaborate with some truly wonderful people – both our customers and our dedicated carers. I believe my strongest attributes are my ability to work effectively as part of a team and my knack for problem-solving. These qualities have helped me build strong relationships and respond flexibly to the daily challenges of the care sector. Being part of Bluebird Care has been a genuinely rewarding experience, and I am grateful to work in an environment where everyone is committed to making a positive difference.

Waheeda Khatun - Registered Manager
Hi, I’m Waheeda, the Registered Manager for Bluebird Care. I joined the company in early June 2025 and have worked tirelessly to ensure our customers receive comfort, dignity, and high-quality care within their own homes. I have worked in the care sector for over 12 years, gaining experience across a variety of roles within both care homes and domiciliary care. Although these environments are similar in many ways, each brings its own unique challenges and rewards, all of which I have truly enjoyed throughout my career. One of the most fulfilling parts of working in care has been listening to the inspiring stories of those we support stories of love, strength, resilience, and strong values. My experience in care has helped me become an active and compassionate listener, while also developing excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. I take pride in supporting and nurturing others whilst being part of the dedicated and passionate team here at Bluebird Care. Alongside my practical experience, I have achieved qualifications in Business and Management, completed a Level 4 Advanced Care Practitioner qualification, and obtained my Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership. These qualifications have enabled me to combine my knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the business while maintaining the highest standards of care and support.

Chi Kei Lee - Lead Carer
As a Lead Carer, I am passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting both our clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes. I am a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated member of the team who takes pride in going above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the care and support they deserve. Alongside delivering care, I play an active role in supporting and guiding other carers, offering advice, encouragement, and practical assistance whenever needed, helping them build confidence and develop their skills. I regularly help cover shifts to ensure continuity of care, participate in the on-call service to provide support outside of normal working hours, and assist with scheduling and care coordination to help keep our service running smoothly and efficiently. I enjoy being part of a team-focused environment and understand the importance of flexibility, communication, and leading by example. Making a positive difference in people’s lives and supporting both our clients and staff is at the heart of everything I do, and I am proud to contribute to delivering compassionate, professional, and dependable care every day.
