From Care Expert to Field Supervisor: Wendy celebrates her Level 3 qualification

For Wendy, a five-year journey with Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts has taken her from Care Expert to Field Care Supervisor, while gaining the skills and qualifications to progress her career. Now, having completed her Level 3 qualification as a Lead Adult Care Worker, we caught up with Wendy to hear more about her journey, her role and what she enjoys most about supporting customers.
