Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts has been awarded Gold in the latest annual quality audit by Bluebird Care UK, achieving an outstanding 94% score. This recognition highlights our continued commitment to delivering safe, personalised, and high-quality care at home for every individual we support.

Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts is proud to announce that we have been awarded Gold in the most recent Bluebird Care UK Annual Quality Audit, achieving an impressive 94% compliance score.

Any score above 90% is recognised with Gold status, making this a significant achievement and a clear reflection of the high standards of care consistently delivered by our local team.

What is the Bluebird Care quality audit?

The annual quality audit is a comprehensive review carried out by Bluebird Care UK to ensure franchises across the network are delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with best practice.

The audit examines a wide range of areas, including:

  • Delivery of care and daily care activities

  • Safeguarding and safe working practices
