We were so lucky to be able to get together for a Team Meeting this month, where we could all celebrate our Above & Beyond winners......
Stamford Team
Vicki is the Community Care Manager for our Stamford Team of carers - she always works hard to ensure everyone's needs are met.
This month we have to commend her for really going above and beyond with a customer being discharged from hospital, in her own time she did a food shop and made sure there was someone there to welcome them home.
Thank you Vicki for delivering such person-centred care and showing such love and compassion.
