Deciding on our employee awards are always difficult as everyone does a fantastic job! See who our July Employee award winners are for going 'Above & Beyond' - well deserved & well done to all!

July Employee Awards! 

Deciding on our employee awards are always difficult as everyone does a fantastic job and this has been doubled with difficulty since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic as the whole team has been amazing in their solidarity, courage and positivity!  We could easily have awarded the WHOLE team!

Above & Beyond recognises members of our team for activity and actions in their everyday duties that really were above and beyond, where small gestures made the most amazing impact on their team and customers day as well as awarded for consistency, high standards of care, attendance, working to and above Bluebird Care values. 

For the Month of July 2020, within our Oakham & Rutland Team, Care Assistant, Rosalind C, has been recognised for the continued amazing feedback from all of her customers and team alike.  Her customers say that she is a delight to see and is always smiling, which they can see even though she is wearing her mask!  Rosalind is vigilant in reporting concerns that she has regarding her customers, ensuring that they have all that they need, and care that is precise and personalised to their needs.

Stamford Team - Care Assistant, Gabrielle B is recognised for both  her strength and determination on return back to work.  Gabrielle was described by a customer as

"... a breath of fresh air, a positivity and outlook that is contagious and needed by most especially in current climate.."   

And has had many other customers comment specifically on just how kind Gabrielle is, and quite a singer with renditions of Snow White for a customer who has this as her favourite song,  Gabrielle is meticulous with all her duties and perfect infection control.  Again, so well deserved!  Well done Gabrielle.

Within our Waking Night Team, we are delighted to award Shaun R,  for this months Above and Beyond.  Shaun is recognised for his dedication to supporting in emergency situations, last minute and regular positive feedback from all whom he cares for.

Live in Care Team

A really fabulous WELL DONE, to Live in Carer, Jo J.  Jo consistently receives great feedback from all the customers she has supported since joining the Live in Care team.

Each award winner receives a certificate and a £20 voucher.  Well done to all!
