Celebrating Our Trudys Retirement

We've had a week of celebrations! A huge congratulations to our Senior Carer, Trudy who now officially enters (semi) retirement after 7 years of service with us!

Trudy joined Bluebird Care in 2013 as a Care Assistant within our Stamford care team.  Trudy has been loyal to our team, dedicated to her customers and has been key in the growth and evolvement of Bluebird Care, helping to achieve the standards and promote earnestly, the ethos of Bluebird Care, to care with passion and to provide the best care possible. 

Seven years later with several care qualification and training achievements, promotion to Senior Carer, being a mentor to many new carers, as well as being a key worker to a customer for 5 years, Trudy now enters 'retirement' time.

But knowing Trudy, Trudy is not one to sit still, and so Trudy, has opted to 'semi' retire to be able to continue to care for the customer that Trudy has been a key worker.  Wee couldn't let 'retirement' go by without celebrating!  A MASSIVE Queen fan, Trudy was presented with Queen Memorabilia in the shape of a limited edition Royal Mint Queen Coin, flowers and fizz by our Director, Leisa.
