A 'Spooky' October Team Meeting

Our monthly team meeting is always our opportunity to share important news, best practice and to recognise and reward success - Octobers meeting on Halloween took a 'spooky' theme...

With our monthly team meeting landing on 31st October, we couldn't help ourselves but to join in with the Halloween theme!

With 'Witches hands' PPE gloves, our team were treated to some spooky sweets and treats, which were taken to our customers too, as we discussed our monthly agenda. 

Hosted by our Director, Leisa, this month, we focused on our recent Employee Survey findings and celebrated some great results and ideas.  

Our recognition awards were given with our Employee of the Month, awarded to Care Assistant, Carmen, who is achieving outstanding results with our customers and is a champion and example for best practice and training.  Above and Beyond award for October was awarded to Senior Care Assitant, Michelle R, of our Oakham team, who continues to be an outstanding support to her team, going above and beyond her role to ensure their customers are supported.
