Carer of the Year Awards Finalists - Leicestershire & Rutland

Directors, Leisa & Tim, attend the Leicestershire Live & Rutland Carer of the Year Awards  in Leicester with Registered Care Manager, Michelle, a finalist in the category of Care Leader of the Year!

Our Directors, Leisa & Tim, were proud to attend the the Leicestershire Live & Rutland Carer of the Year Awards  in Leicester with Registered Care Manager, Michelle Inwood after Michelle was selected as a finalist in the category of Care Leader of the Year!

Tim said, “We believe all our team are deserving of awards for being as amazing, caring and dedicated as they are! However, we are delighted to be attending with our Registered Care Manager, Michelle who has been recognised for the great work she does.”

The award ceremony took place at the Grand Hotel in Leicester and was very well attended, so well in fact, that it was lovely to also find our Care Colleagues from Bluebird Care Leicester in attendance who were also finalists in other categories.

Tim continued, “It’s also a great opportunity to be here to celebrate Care and the amazing people in it.  The stories have been fantastic and we are not ashamed to admit, some were overwhelmingly caring and brought a tear to all of our eyes with the pride we shared with being part of Care”.

Michelle achieved a very worthy Finalist & Runner up out of 3 finalists for the Care Leader of the Year!

Michelle said, “I am so proud and honoured to have been nominated and to get to the final 3 is just fantastic!  It has been a wonderful day celebrating Care – we should all be proud to be part of this fantastic sector and how we make a difference.”
