This month we celebrate a team of individuals who went above and beyond.
This month we needed to recognise a team of individuals who really did group together and go above and beyond to keep a customer safe and in their home, preventing hospitalisation and supporting the lady throughout, with amazing and positive outcomes.
Working collectively with their manager, Michelle, and co-ordinator, Zoe, this amazing bunch of individuals made a moment of crisis for this customer and their family a caring, supportive and calm situation. Many volunteering to work outside of their regular hours and determined to give the customer and each other, the best Bluebird Care support possible. True Bluebird Care values!
