Amazing Care Assistant's of the Month

This month we couldn't choose just one care assistant of the month as there was just too many Bluebird Care care assistants who have shone during the month of May!

We managed to narrow it down to these 3 wonderful team members. We send out a MASSIVE congratulations to Sue, Jo and Gayle, who each achieved care assistant of the month for May 2017.

Jo received care assistant of the month for being an exceptional role model. Jo received outstanding feedback from her QCF Assessor who stated it was the best spot check and observation of care delivery she had ever seen in her whole career as an Assessor! Just amazing work, Jo! A shining example of true Bluebird Care values, standards and customer care.

Sue was recognised as care assistant of the month for being a 'good all rounder'. Sue showed amazing teamwork and supported the team with holiday cover and working above and beyond. A true team player! Great work Sue!

Gayle achieved care assistant of the month and was recognised for her 'commitment & persistence'. Gayle was faced with a challenging situation during care delivery and has worked amazingly hard, showing true commitment to her customer and persistence to deliver outstanding care, which really paid off with a very happy customer. Well done Gayle!
