Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland is strengthening its commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care through two key internal appointments. The organisation has promoted Hannah Okoye to Trainee Care Coordinator and welcomed Eleanor Finnerty as Quality & Compliance Lead, bringing together frontline experience and NHS expertise to further enhance service quality, governance and continuous improvement.

Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland is strengthening its commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care with two important new appointments designed to enhance both service coordination and quality assurance.

The company has announced the promotion of Hannah Okoye from Care Expert to Trainee Care Coordinator. Hannah brings valuable frontline experience into her new role, having worked directly with customers and understanding the day-to-day realities of delivering high-quality care in the community. Her progression reflects Bluebird Care’s commitment to developing talent from within and ensuring that those supporting care delivery have hands-on insight into customer needs.

Alongside this promotion, Bluebird Care has welcomed Eleanor Finnerty as Quality & Compliance Lead. Eleanor joins the organisation with significant NHS experience, having worked as a Compliance and Safeguarding Lead. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across the service, helping to ensure the highest standards of safety and care are consistently maintained.

These appointments form part of Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland’s ongoing investment in its people and services, reinforcing a culture of development, accountability and excellence.
